• Are there minimum order quantities on CLOSEOUT items? 

• No there are no minimums on closeouts.

• What is the quality of the CLOSEOUT items?

• Most items listed on this page are first quality items.  We are very honest in the descriptions, and will tell you if an item is being closed out due to quality issues....."One man's trash is another man's treasure"

• If I want more pieces than what you have available can I get more?

• Most items on this page cannot be ordered once they are gone.  Every now & then we will be able to track some extra pieces down for you, but please do not count on it when you place your order.  If you are looking for a long time supply of an item please give us a call to discuss your needs.

• Why is shipping so expensive on these items?

• Well we can't give everything away!!  Just think of it like this.....the shipping charges remain the same no matter how much you pay for the chinaware.  Because of the steep discounts offered on the items on this page there may be instances where your shipping charges are actually more expensive than the chinaware itself.  Hey, you saved a bunch of money on chinaware though!!

• Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?

• Yes you can return the item(s) freight prepaid by you.  We do charge a 20% restocking fee on all items returned for reasons other than a mistake on our part.  If you are not sure about an item please only order 1 test piece before placing a large order.  We want you to be happy with your purchase, and would hate for you to receive something that isn't what you thought it was.  We try to be as open & honest as possible in our product descriptions, but everybody interprets information differently.

• Do you have any other items available at closeout prices?

• We get this question about 10 times per day.  The answer is "Yes we usually do".  We are constantly adding & removing items from this page so please check back often to see what else we found in our "attic".  Items are added to this page for the reasons listed below, as well as when we have time to add them!! 

• Why are these items listed on your CLOSEOUT page?

• The answer to this could fill an entire page.  To make a long story short these are items that we want out of our way.  They are usually closed out due to the following reasons:

• Overruns from a custom decorated program

• Discontinued by the manufacturer

• Overruns from a custom shape program

• Custom design did not meet original customer's specs.

• Item is not selling well & we just want to get rid of it!

• We need the space!!!!
